Not really news as quite a lot of us have already DIY this modification on the rear bumper of the NFL Toyota Wish.
This is an off the rack solution in Japan. Retails for a whooping JPY 12000, which is about S$156!!!. 16 LED on each reflector. Plug and play. I believe it's already available locally for about S$80. Almost half price.
I think most of the folks here are more interested in the clear reflectors at this point in time.
